Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on location. Orders processed in the Netherlands will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your returned product(s) and confirmed they are unused and in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
